Communication Skill

Communication skill is what you have when you can get your message across, right ?
It’s strictly for experts and those with letters after their name, teachers, trainers and charismatic politicians.

Well not strictly true .

The fact is that you’re communicating, skillfully or otherwise 24 / 7 / 365.

The deciding factor about the skill level is a matter of  whether or not you got the result that you wanted.  It’s that simple. So many folks concern themselves with being RIGHT and as a result never ever achieve anything that moves their life or happiness forward.

So here’s a little test to check on your communication skill. It has several parts but they are easy.

1/ Work out why you’re having the conversation AND what you want the outcome to be.
2/ Work out how you will know when you’ve got that result
3/ After your conversation decide whether you got it or not
