Presentation: You are helping people you want to look presentable so that they feel more comfortable around you. Its more for their comfort than has anything to do with actually effecting what you are doing. This could also mean the presentation of your points and what you are trying to explain, by making it clear
Interpersonal: Having the ability to understand people so that you can better communicate, and they will therefore have a better understanding. Talking in a way that they can relate and comprehend.
Communication pretty much goes hand in hand with interpersonal skills. Its so ensure that you can understand how to serve them better and assist them.
