help! write a report on communication skills.?
Bywirte a report on communication skills between two people or more e.g one to one interview or just a staff meeting ,on what you observe this must includ the following sub-heading
-where, how and why the communication took place
-the people involved
-verbal communication
-non-verbal communication
-listening sklills
-barriers that interfere with the communication
-how the communication could been improved.
word count 800, no paraphasing.
use a self help group as your setting because then you will be able to find more things to write for each category e.g barriers = people talking at once, non verbal communication = body language, facial expressions. you could write loads on this subject!!!!
