			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I see that most jobs require interpersonal or <a href="http://communicationskillblog.com" target=_blank>communication skill</a>. Are they the same? What is exactly the definition of that? I believe everybody can speak, listen and write, so what is  it for?<br />
<br />The ability to communicate is the ability to convey information through various methods including talking (either on the phone or in person) and writing (either through writing lengthy text or short email)</p>
<p>Having &quot;interpersonal skill&quot; implies that you can interact with other people really well.  This is how you can relate or work with other people.</p>
<p>You may still be able to communicate with someone; but not have a good working relationship with them.  That is where interpersonal skill comes in.</p>
